Synopsis

Renata lives on Lençóis Island, where she runs an inn with her husband, Nango, who is also a fisherman. Times are financially hard. Shrimp — the family's main source of income — is scarce, and the low season brings few tourists. While trying to find solutions, Renata begins to have strange dreams, which her mother-in-law, Dona Nem, wife of the island's spiritual leader, says are calls from the Encantaria for her to take up her spiritual path. Confused and afraid, Renata tries to face the challenges that arise in her life.
